Well the boards for the next unit have arrived, in typical fashion I'm not allowed at them as I'm on tour now for the next 5 weeks. I write this update to tell you lovely people to keep your eyes peeled for the next exciting instalment.

AMI FUZZIONE - COMPLETE!

So here it is, it's been coming for a very long fucking time. Got one at the moment, I'll finish off the others tomorrow. A few changes, firstly: the tone pot I loved so much has gone, the unit was losing so much volume that it seemed pointless, secondly the feedback loop on/off is now controlled by a momentary footswitch, for some reason you could hear the feedback loop working even when the pedal was disengaged, the momentary switch solved this problem, I'm still working on it. My eternal thanks go to both Tom Bugs of BugBrand and Curtis of Binaural Laboratories. Thank You Both!

OK, BEHOLD! THE FUZZIONE!

The Fuzzione Fuzz /Overdrive pedal is a hand made, hand painted opamp based fuzz designed by Anton Maiof. Controls left to right are: Power Starve / Colour / Volume / Feedback Level. True Bypass is handled by the first footswitch, and Feedback Loop on/off is handled by a secondary momentary footswitch. The Pedal can go from lovely overdrive to stoner fuzz and beyond using the power starve and feedback settings.

The Fuzzione will retail for £65 plus postage, of course if you live in Bristol I can meet you (once I move to Berlin at the end of this month the same deal will apply). I'll offer a 3 year repair warranty.

Spent the day putting this together, some wires need to be added and I don't have a box yet, but exciting times. I think we'll be ready to go in a week or two.

AMI FUZZIONE - Part 1

Finally, the boards have arrived for the FUZZIONE pedal.

There are of course a few tweaks to be done, including some values that need to be reassessed, aside from that I hope to have it all done very very soon!

Made one up today, haven't housed it yet, but everything is working, the tone knob is particularly awesome, and can go from lovely creamy sabbath to harsh fucking noise well, the power starve and feedback loop gave me some great fucked sounds too.

I'll keep you updated.

This is the first of many instruments and effects I will have for sale, this is a passive (as in it doesn't require a battery) electronic shaker, much like a maraca but with a 1/4 inch jack output for running through FX and or/ regular amplifiers. The box can be filled with anything, try it with broken glass for an extra ugly sound source, but it comes filled with BB pellets as standard. The lid can also be unscrewed for use as a Tin Can Microphone.
